Pastor Tommy Johnson II is a humble and dedicated servant of God with a lifelong passion for ministry, community outreach, and spiritual transformation. Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, he is a loving father of two daughters and a proud grandfather of five. His devotion to family reflects the same compassion, integrity, and faithfulness he brings to every area of ministry.

A Calling Rooted in Faith

Pastor Tommy sensed God’s call to ministry at a young age and has pursued that calling with steadfast obedience. He holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Biblical Studies from Trevecca Nazarene University and is currently completing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership at Liberty University. His commitment to learning and spiritual growth fuels his desire to lead with wisdom, clarity, and biblical conviction.

Heart for Community & Outreach

Throughout his ministry, Pastor Tommy has championed the importance of serving the community and building strong partnerships. He has worked alongside government leaders, schools, nonprofits, and local businesses to meet the needs of families and strengthen neighborhoods.

One of his signature initiatives, the “Back to School” outreach, provided essential supplies to under-resourced children, ensuring they were equipped for academic success. His literacy campaigns and community development projects have empowered countless individuals with knowledge, resources, and hope.

A Ministry Shaped by Grace

At the core of Pastor Tommy’s leadership is a deep belief in the transformative power of grace and forgiveness. He often speaks of what he calls the “Ministry of Grace,” rooted in John 1:16 (ESV):
“For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace.”

This Scripture shapes his approach to preaching, pastoral care, and community engagement. He believes the church grows strongest when it extends the same grace Christ has freely given.

Leadership Beyond the Pulpit

Pastor Tommy brings more than 30 years of telecommunications leadership experience and a background as a military veteran, giving him a unique blend of discipline, strategic insight, and compassion. These experiences enrich his pastoral leadership, equipping him to build strong teams, develop leaders, and serve with excellence.
